I encountered a few disappointments during my stay. The Executive Double Room with Lake View I booked had a small balcony with an obstructed view instead of what the pictures promised. The lack of air conditioning is a serious miss. on hot days, guests might find themselves asking for fans. noise from the open-air bar and restaurant at night could be bothersome, even on the upper floors.

The lake view was stunning, but the food quality could definitely improve.

The Internet wasn’t exactly the fastest species in the galaxy, making it hard to keep connected. the breakfast spread lacked variety—seemed like they were playing it safe with the same old Swiss staples and missed an opportunity for something exciting. The lack of air conditioning was a serious bummer on those warmer days. I felt like I was in a metal ship without ventilators. And while the views were epic, noise from the outdoor areas disrupted any peace I was hoping for at night.

Charming room, stunning view. the spacious room features a lovely shower and the hotel offers free access to a private beach area, which adds a relaxing outdoor experience away from the hustle.

Heaps of character and stunning lake views, but the restaurant service was a bit sluggish. I reckon they need to speed things up. But that free minibar was a sweet treat!

The hotel's location is stunning, providing breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. The mini fridge was a pleasant surprise, stocked and complimentary. the internet connection was sometimes weak, which made accessing my work challenging at times. the stay was delightful and memorable.

Wonderful and clean rooms with superb staff in a perfect location by the lakeside (we loved the private lake entrance! ). The breakfast spread was amazing too, with local specialties that really stood out.

This place is perfect for a chill getaway. The room had a breathtaking view of the lake, and the free coffee and minibar were awesome perks! Loved spending time in the spa with the amazing lake vista. Only thing was the breakfast options were kinda limited, but the overall vibe made it worth it.

Nice place with amenities like free wi-fi, a bar lounge, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost wallet, which I will always remember. I recommend trying the spa services!
